Bronagh Duffy, Irish Life, has been involved with O’ Fiaich College, Dundalk through the Skills @ Work programme since 2014.

What you did : We held a number of workshops to cover subjects like CV and interview skills, mock interview sessions and goal setting. The mock interviews stood out for me – for being able to give the students a real life experience of an interview so that they have the confidence to do this is a real life situation.

What we achieved: For me personally it was a very rewarding experience. It was also a great opportunity for Irish Life to get to know the future workforce in our community and help them along on their own chosen career paths.

Tell us in one sentence the best thing about your programme!

The end result and seeing how much the students had progressed over the year.
