Bronagh Duffy, Irish Life, has been involved with O’ Fiaich College, Dundalk through the Skills @ Work programme since 2014.Business in the Community Ireland

What you did : We held a number of workshops to cover subjects like CV and interview skills, mock interview sessions and goal setting. The mock interviews stood out for me – for being able to give the students a real life experience of an interview so that they have the confidence to do this is a real life situation.

What we achieved: For me personally it was a very rewarding experience. It was also a great opportunity for Irish Life to get to know the future workforce in our community and help them along on their own chosen career paths.
