Administration Executive – Education Team 

Business in the Community Ireland is excited to invite candidates to apply for the position of Full-time Administration Executive for the support of the Schools’ Business Partnership in the Education Team in line with the overall organisational objectives of BITCI. Business in the Community Ireland (BITCI) is a non-profit organisation specialising in advice and guidance to leading companies on corporate responsibility and corporate community involvement. We work with hundreds of companies and schools all over Ireland to create mutually beneficial and lasting partnerships.

 The purpose of this role is to develop, deliver and maintain efficient and professional administration systems for the Education team in BITCI  

JOB SUMMARY 

  • 1 Year fixed term contract – potential for the role to become permanent after one year. 
  •  Role is based in Dublin (hybrid role, office base is Dublin 7) 
  • Full -Time role 35 hrs a week  
  • Salary €32k-€36k per annum depending on experience.  
  • Providing administrative support to Head of Education and the Regional Coordinators
  • A high level of proficiency in the range of Microsoft Office programmes e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital designs in event administration, 
  • Experience managing digital/social media channels 
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.
