Recognising excellence in CSR and Sustainability
February was an important month in relation to celebrating the fantastic CSR and sustainability initiatives from businesses in Ireland. We would like to congratulate in particular the member companies that have received the Green Awards and that have featured in the Best Places to Work 2018 list.

Best Workplaces 2018
Congratulations to our member Workday who came 2nd in Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2018 and their CEO Chris Byrne achieved the Most Trusted Leader Award. Congratulations also to Tesco and Sodexo for featuring in the list.
CIPD Ireland Awards
Congratulations to Dublin Bus who received an award for its Gender Transition Policy at the CIPD Ireland Awards under the Diversity and Inclusion category.
The Dublin Bus Workplace Gender Transition Policy and Guidelines, devised in consultation with Transgender Equality Network Ireland (TENI), include recommendations for employees, managers and the Human Resources Department on how to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for employees transitioning.
