Mercury celebrates its multi-generational workforce

In July, Mercury’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee celebrated its multi-generational workforce as theme of the month.

Mercury has a multi-generational workforce with employees spread across 4 generational groups:

1. Baby Boomers: 1946-64.
2. Generation X: 1965-76.
3. Millennials (Gen Y): 1977-95.
4. Gen Z: 1996-12.

Mercury asked four participants, each representing a generation in Mercury to answer questions about their life and how they feel about being part of a multi-generational workplace. Watch the video to gain perspectives from the four very unique generations of our workforce on issues such as diversity, changing technologies and how we can all learn from each other.
