Elevate Pledge – Inaugural Report Launch

In 2021 we launched the Elevate Pledge to support companies to build more inclusive workforces. One year on, over 50 companies have signed up and are on the journey to a more inclusive future.

We are delighted to announce the launch of the first Elevate Pledge report will take place on Tuesday, 10^th May. At this event, we will hear about some of the key challenges to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, as well as the positive actions some of Ireland’s leading companies are taking to create a workforce that truly reflects Irish society.

This will be our first ever hybrid event, including an in-person event, hosted by Deloitte Ireland, and a fully immersive experience for guests joining us online.

We invite guests attending the in-person event to join us for coffee & networking in advance of the event from 10am. We will also be hosting breakout rooms online for virtual guests to connect with other attendees and share a coffee at 10.15am from wherever you are dialing in from!

As there are limited places available to attend in person, we will be prioritising signatory companies of the Elevate Pledge for the physical event.

Additional guests are very welcome to attend the live-streamed virtual event.
