Description: An exclusive event for Business in the Community Ireland member companies and invited guests to attend Briefing by National Council for Curriculum and Assessment on the future of STEM Education in Ireland.

The aim of this event is for the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (government advisors) to prompt industry input to the future of STEM education in Ireland. The session will be a primer before publication of a background paper that will be consulted on in September. This background paper will set the direction for the specification development for a new post-primary science syllabus which will be developed during the year. Following this primer, the NCCA will be back to the group for a focused consultation seminar on the background paper itself once published in September.
