Running a school in the 21st Century is a complex challenge and increasingly Principals are asking us for professional advice on PR, branding and marketing. Bord Gáis Networks shared their expertise in this area with staff from St. Vincent’s Secondary School in Cork and Beneavin De La Salle College, Dublin, recently and with great results.

Following two hours of interactive group working, designed to tease out the strengths of each school, the staff came away with a road map to where they want the school to go and a definite plan of action to get there.

Practical and achievable

Very specific and relevant to our school’s needs

Made genuine progress

Enthusiastic. Vibrant and fun!

Great session. Thanks a lot.

These were just some of the many positive comments.

The professionalism of Caroline O’Connor and Gillian O’Callaghan from Bord Gáis Networks was hugely appreciated by both schools who described them as, ‘So professional and polished and all so well prepared’. If your school is interested in running a similar session or your business has transferable expertise, contact your local Schools’ Business Partnership coordinator who would be delighted to hear from you.
