Laya Healthcare on Little Island, Cork, was a hive of activity when the TY students from Colaiste An Chraoibhin, Fermoy arrived for a workplace visit.
The Laya team worked hard on giving the students a great morning – refreshments around the impressively massive boardroom table and goodie bags to take away. The career talks were very varied with the volunteers coming from diverse backgrounds. Doreen gave us her history in PR and digital marketing; Veronica in HR, Orla is an occupational nurse, Michael a team leader and the boys were particularly interested in sale exec Mark’s company car! Many thanks to Joey Power and Aine Barry for making it all happen.
