Qaasim H Abdul

Finance and Office Manager

Qaasim H Abdul joined in June 2017.  Qaasim leads the Finance and office team and is also the Company Secretary of our sister organisation The Community Foundation for Ireland.

Qaasim holds a Degree in Accounting and Banking, is ACCA qualified and holds a Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance from the Law Society of Ireland. Prior to joining, Qaasim has held a number of finance positions in the Charity sector in the Homeless and Young People services.  Qaasim is actively involved in the community on a wide range of projects and activities on a voluntary basis.  He has a passion in education and currently sits on a number of school boards.

His spare time revolves around spending time with family, a keen sports enthusiast and loves football and fishing.

Qaasim also works for our sister organisation The Community Foundation for Ireland. Marketing, Finance and HR are shared services between BITCI and sister organisation The Community Foundation for Ireland.
