Joining BITCI in 2000, Darina pioneered and developed Ireland’s first advisory service on Corporate Responsibility Measurement & Communications. Since that time, she has advised and guided many companies on CSR & Sustainability policy and strategy development, building capacity in individuals and teams to integrate sustainability into their operations and chains of supply.
Leading BITCI’s service on Human Rights, Darina also provides bespoke training to embed sustainability into an organisation’s procurement function to better manage risk, reduce cost and support supplier improvement and innovation.
Darina has an MA in Public Relations (specialising in Business Ethics) from DIT Aungier St; a BA (Hons) in Sociology & Drama Studies from Trinity College Dublin; and is trained in the Frameworks Coaching Process, an empowerment tool for individuals and small teams.
