ibmWith the historic pace of technological advancements, this popular job interview question has become a daunting challenge to answer without a solid plan – whether you are a student, you are just starting in the workforce or you are a seasoned professional.

In honour of International Women’s Day on March 8th, we are delighted to invite you to join us March 12 from 11:00 – 12:30 p.m. EDT (16:00-17:30) GMT in a discussion on the six growth areas that are driving today’s innovations:  Cognitive Computing, Cloud, Social Media, Analytics & Big Data, Mobile and Security.

In which area do you think you will thrive? To help you develop your plan, we have invited our experts on these technologies to share the essentials you must know, including their skill base, gaps and opportunities that exist, and their five year plan.  Also on our guest panel will be students and our emerging leaders for their perspective.

This March 12th event is open to our family and friends, our clients and their family and friends, and students, ages 14 and older. In order to access this livestream event, your IBM contact Deirdre Kennedy (kennedyd@ie.ibm.com) must register you by Fri. 7 March, please drop Deirdre an email and you will receive your registration details and further information on the event.

The next five years can be an exciting journey for each of us.  We hope you will join us to be inspired and to inspire the next generation of innovators!
