As a part of Transdev’s overall business vision ‘Mobility Inspired by You’ and as the Luas transport operator, we are committed to working towards a more sustainable future for Dublin’s businesses and citizens.
Our goal is to undertake a responsible approach through the way we do business and connect with others. We always strive to excel ourselves and to be a proactive and an engaging partner, anticipating the needs of our stakeholders.
To go further in all forms of social responsibility, “Going the Extra Mile”, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Plan was created. Inspired by the ISO 26000 standards, the ultimate goal of “Going the Extra Mile” is to ensure responsible business practices in all areas, internal and external, and in all fields of sustainable development – from work relations to impacts on the Irish society, the economy and the environment.
The plan outlines aspirations and objectives the company wants to achieve in the CSR field by the end of 2014. This represents a major part of our commitment to work in accordance with the best sustainable business practices. This new management system also dovetails with our mainstream business objectives and is integrated at all levels of the Management strategy.
