Business in the Community Ireland (BITCI) recently announced that medical technology company Cook Medical has joined its business network of over 85 companies dedicated to responsible business and sustainability.
BITCI is a non-profit business network dedicated to supporting companies of all sizes on their sustainability journey. It is the only network of its kind in Ireland with members including some of Ireland’s largest companies.
Established in 1996, Cook Medical employs 850 people at its site in the National Technology Park, Castletroy in Limerick. Cook Medical develops, manufactures and distributes medical devices to customers across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. Cook Medical works with healthcare professionals to develop technologies that eliminate the need for open surgery and deliver better patient outcomes.
