Since 2004, the Community Spirit Awards have helped over 2,000 groups and projects from local voluntary and community organisations who work selflessly and tirelessly to raise community spirit and improve the lives of those in their locality. Last year Community Cancer Caregivers, Down Syndrome Centre and Glasnevin Boxing Club were three of 65 winning groups and they spoke with Dublin Bus employees to encourage applications for this year’s awards.
