Attend this meeting to:

1.  Gain a better understanding of the potential Human Rights Risks in your company’s operations and supply chain.

2. Become familiar with the UN Guiding Principles Human Rights Reporting Framework & how it can be used as a tool to assist your company’s progress.

3. Learn what amendments can be made to internal policies and processes and what remedial action can be taken.

Guest Speaker:

Parul Sharma is a human rights lawyer and the Principal of the Academy for Human Rights in Business at CSR Sweden.
Parul has worked on issues of human rights, anti-corruption, supply chain and labour laws in Human Rights Law Network India, The European Public Law Centre, Amnesty Business Group in Sweden, the European Commission’s Development Cooperation in South Asia and Sandvik AB.
Parul has also conducted numerous workshops and training on areas of women, children, minority rights, the full spectrum of human rights and anti-corruption issues and has authored four books, the most recent being on human rights in India (June 2015).
