VENUE: Workday, Kings Building, May Lane, Arran Quay, Dublin 7
TIME: 8.30am - 9.45am (registration from 8am)
In February 2019, BITCI launched the “The Inclusive Employer” – an employer’s blueprint to promote social inclusion and reduce inequalities through recruitment, retention and outreach.
This event will update you on what’s been happening with the Inclusive Employer blueprint – how it can help businesses to recruit from the untapped talent pool, help people overcome obstacles to finding and maintaining decent work, and increase meaningful equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Regina Doherty, Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, will make a keynote speech, recognising the roles that businesses, government and supporting organisations play in addressing social inclusion.
Colette Fitzpatrick of Virgin Media News will talk to the businesses and people who are making The Inclusive Employer real and explore their stories.
We will also recognise the success of the 2019 graduates of our BITCI Employment Programmes – the untapped talent pool of diverse people making a contribution to society and the workplace.
To register for this event please RSVP by emailing Tatiana Hodakova at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, 22nd November 2019.
