Having successfully launched Elevate – The Inclusive Workplace Pledge in May 2021 with 45 member companies, we are looking forward to working with the signatories towards our collective vision to build a workforce that is reflective of the diversity within our society starting now.
We will host an Elevate Pledge Knowledge Session on ‘What Next for Signatories’ on Tuesday, 22nd June from 11am to 12 noon.
During this session we will share insights from the data collected from signatories. We will also provide details on our action plan for the year ahead, along with the supports available from BITCI and how signatories can work together. We will utilise breakout rooms to facilitate delegate networking and to create some opportunity to meet with other signatories for peer learning and sharing.
