Munster Members’ Network Meeting – Employee Communications: Making sustainability an everyday experience

Sep 25, 2019

VENUE: HEINEKEN Ireland, Leitrim St, Shandon, Cork

TIME: 10am - 12 noon

This Munster network meeting will examine mobilising internal audiences behind sustainability objectives.

The success of your company’s sustainable business plan depends on effective communication of sustainability at all levels of the organisation. Employees are tuned into this agenda and are looking to their CEOs to respond to social and environmental issues* and are more vocal about their expectations of the company**.

This meeting will focus on internal communications around sustainability and the best media and messages to use to reach employees.  How can you reach remote workers? How can you engage with people who work shifts or are often offsite? How can you increase visibility of sustainability across the organisation and make it an everyday experience for employees?

We will hear from an expert panel of members on how they engage their employees when so many people today are suffering from information overload or are feeling disconnected from important issues with sustainability themes.

Confirmed speakers for a panel discussion include HEINEKEN Ireland and Gas Networks Ireland.

This event is applicable to CSR or Sustainability Coordinators, as well as your communications colleagues. Please forward this invitation to relevant colleagues.
