Low Carbon Pledge Report launch

To have a chance of avoiding global warming’s most ruinous impacts, the world must cut greenhouse gas pollution nearly in half by 2030 and erase its carbon footprint entirely by mid-century.

To learn more about how we can achieve that, join PwC and Business in the Community Ireland (BITCI) for the launch of the critically important 2022 Low Carbon Pledge Report; ‘Business Working Together for a Low Carbon Future’, on Thursday, 23^rd June. We are delighted to confirm that the report launch will once again be hosted in-person this year by PwC, after two years of virtual events.

Minister for Climate Action, Communication Networks and Transport, Eamon Ryan T.D., will open the event, after which we will take a deep dive into the key data and trends unearthed in this year’s report. This will be followed by a stimulating panel discussion, where our expert speakers will discuss the nuances of the report and share their own practical examples of how businesses can lower their carbon emissions.

This is a must-attend event for businesses interested in addressing the climate crisis and looking for insights on how to take action.
