Elevate Workshop #3: ‘Voluntary Disclosure -an Information Session on Data Collection for Diversity & Inclusion’

Our next Elevate Workshop will be on ‘Voluntary Disclosure – An Information Session on Data Collection for Diversity & Inclusion’, taking place on Tuesday, 19^th October from 10.30am – 12 noon.

A fundamental component of the Elevate Pledge is the publication of an annual diversity profile of signatory companies. This profile will be based on anonymised and aggregated data from signatory companies. We recognise the complexity of gathering data to present this profile, and as such we are hosting this information workshop to look at data collection & voluntary disclosure.

The workshop will include legal expertise on gathering employee data, as well as practical examples from Elevate signatory companies who have launched voluntary disclosure campaigns.
