Member Relations Manager

Business in the Community Ireland is excited to invite candidates to apply for the position of Member Relations Manager in the Advisory Services department, reporting to the Head of the department. The purpose of the role is to lead on the account & relationship management practices, processes, and systems to deliver high member retention, and directly manage a portfolio of member companies who are in a transition phase and/or at risk of exit. The ideal Member Relations Manager will have the ability to build the internal organisational capacity to achieve high engagement with companies, support business development and ensure we express the best of the BITCI’s value proposition.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Permanent contract, Full-time @ 35 hours per week – Hybrid working, Dublin 7 Office
  • Salary Band 13 (€55k – €62k depending on experience) FTE
  • Requires an appropriate third level qualification or relevant comparative work experience.
  • Ideally for this role, skills and knowledge to have been acquired by at least 10 years’ experience of working in relevant account/relationship management or business development roles, with experience of large corporations from across various sectors

Digital Communications and Social Media Lead

The purpose of the role is to To lead and deliver BITCI’s digital media strategy and operations, elevating our mission and our members, applying expertise to our media and communications campaigns and channels across website, social media and other digital channels as appropriate.

JOB SUMMARY

  • 5yearsof experience as a Social Media Specialist or Campaigns Executive ideally in B2B organisation,
  • Role is based in Dublin(hybrid role, office base isDublin 7),
  • Salary Band 11 (€40,000-€50,000 FTE) depending on experience,
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative spotting opportunities, challenges and potential improvements,
  • Well-versed in digital marketing tools and practices and confident in managing audience variety of audience engagement,
  • Strong project management skills –ability to manage numerous projects and organise resources effectively.

Bookkeeper Accounts Payable

The purpose of this role is to provide a professional, bookkeeping service within the Company.

JOB SUMMARY

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (including managing Debtors and Creditors ledgers,
  • Role is based in Dublin (hybrid role, office base is Dublin 7),
  • Part- Time Role 20 hours per week
  • Salary Band 6 (€25,249- 31,562 FTE of 35hrs week) Pro rata to 20 hours week
  • The ability to take ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • A fully qualified Accounting Technician (or equivalent qualification).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
