HR Generalist for Business in the Community Ireland and the Community Foundation for Ireland
The HR Generalist will manage the HR function for both BITCI and CFI employing 70 talented and engaged staff with a combination of full and part-time, office and remote based. The position reports to the CEOs of both organisations.The role is a member of the cross-organisations Operations Committee.The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of the Human Resources strategy. The range of duties includes supporting the organisation on Recruitment & Selection; Learning & Development; Performance & Talent Management and Reward & Recognition.

Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive (part-time 1 day a week)
