Our Excellence Through People Results
We are delighted to announce that we have achieved a remarkable 94% in the Excellence Through People standard. This is the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) certification for HR Management and its focus is to get organisations to look at their people as a key source of competitive advantage. The certification looks at many aspects of people management from learning and development to business planning and communications. The scheme is used by many of Ireland’s most successful organisations in becoming more efficient, productive, flexible, competitive and innovative.
