Welcome to our 7th annual flagship Responsible Business Week! Responsible Business Week is aimed at generating awareness around responsible and sustainable business practices in Ireland and it is also a key time of the year for our members to get involved in sharing and celebrating their own CSR initiatives both internally and externally.
Starting today and running until Friday, the week will see each day themed around the pillars of CSR:today’s Workplace Day will be followed by Marketplace, Community, CSR Management & Communication and Environment.
We will be communicating with you through our daily e-zines every day until Friday to bring you best practice case studies from some of Ireland largest and most progressive companies, interviews with experts and much more.
Engaging with employees is key to being a responsible and sustainable business and this is what the focus of today’s Workplace ezine is all about.
Responsible Business Week 2013 was officially launched last Tuesday with a great turnout at the Westbury Hotel. The key event of this week is the CEO Forum on Thursday 17th which will see over 150 CEOs gather to discuss the key trends in CSR and how companies can make the transformation to a sustainable business model.
