Ulster Bank launched its annual Sustainability Report

Ulster Bank recently launched its annual Sustainability Report reflecting on their collective determination as a business to continue to add value to customers, colleagues, communities and corporate stakeholders.

The key highlights from the report are as follows

    • Giving customers access to the services they need when and where they need them: – Ulster Bank’s mobile banking service, Bank on Wheels served 60 locations across NI and RI
    • Investing in awareness and education to ensure and protect customers’ financial health: – Ulster Bank collaborated with law enforcement and other agencies to protect customers from frauds, scams and financial abuse
    • Giving back to the community – Ulster Bank Employees donated €159,000 to charities through their payroll giving scheme
    • Continuing commitment to embedding financial capability and literacy to promote financial health: – 604 MoneySense financial education lessons were delivered in local schools by Ulster Bank staff
