Business in the Community Ireland is committed to increasing the reach of the network and promote members in the Munster region. Therefore, in partnership with Cork Chamber, we held our 2017 Cork Business Forum on May 30th in the Clayton Hotel.
Over 150 attendees gathered to discuss responsible business practices from leading Cork companies as well hear from international experts on the latest trends in sustainability. International sustainability expert, Mallen Baker, was the keynote speaker, and he offered valuable advice and guidance on the latest global trends. Chris Martin, CEO of Musgrave and Kyran Johnson, General Manager of Janssen Supply Chain Ireland then took part in an in-depth discussion on sustainability. They discussed their own leadership in the area, how sustainability attracts and engages talent, why it matters when it comes to SMEs and how businesses can make a positive impact in the communities in which they operate.
