Wednesday 8th October: Workplace Day: Workshop - ‘Winning the talent war with better Work Life Balance' in conjunction with the Great Place to Work Institute Kindly hosted by PricewaterhouseCoopers What workplace practices can make your company a great place to work? Have you the right policies and are they working to benefit your bottom line through increased productivity and improved morale? In partnership with the Great Place to Work organisation, BITCI today presented an interactive seminar exploring best practice in attracting and retaining the skills companies need to be a sustainable business in a global economy. The workshop entailed a number of short presentations followed by roundtable discussions on the topic of workplace practices which can make a company a great place to work.
