VENUE: Dublin Castle
The tenth annual CEO Breakfast Forum takes place on Wednesday November 15th in Dublin Castle. With the theme of how sustainability is transforming business, investment markets and the bottom line, this year’s forum promises to be the largest one yet. Confirmed keynote speakers include: Philip R. Lane, Governor of the Central Bank and Rick Lacaille, Executive Vice President, Global Chief Investment Officer of State Street Global Advisors.
Against a backdrop of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the USA exiting the Paris Agreement, coupled with disruption in every business sector, corporate leaders are increasingly under pressure to step up and lead on issues such as climate change and workplace diversity.
The investor community plays a crucial role by placing greater emphasis on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria when investing in companies.
Therefore we are delighted to announce that this year’s forum will be addressed by two leaders in the finance community who will discuss how sustainability is transforming business, investment markets and the bottom line.
We will also hear from a panel of leading CEOs in Ireland on how sustainability has transformed their business sectors over the past decade.
At the forum, we will be announcing the latest companies who have achieved the Business Working Responsibly mark, the only certified standard for CSR and Sustainability in Ireland.
