Our Service
We offer a bespoke one-to-one advisory service driven by business objectives which may range from becoming an employer of choice, developing a climate-change strategy, reducing costs through more effective environmental practices or rebuilding employee morale or corporate reputation. Starting with the business goals, we typically work with a steering group within the business to agree success criteria and an action plan which may have a 1 to 3 year timeframe.
Our Membership Services Team (MST) is made up of 10 Corporate Responsibility (CR) advisors and a number of support staff. Each advisor has a primary area of expertise, usually in one of the ‘four pillars’ of CR – Marketplace, Community, Environment and Workplace as well as Corporate Responsibility performance measurement, governance and communications. Our advisors all have many years experience working in this area with some of the largest companies in Ireland and in Europe. They are known nationally and internationally, speaking at conferences in Ireland, Europe and further afield.
