Millennial Employee Engagement Study

  Three-quarters (76%) of Millennials consider a company’s social and environmental commitments when deciding where to work and nearly two-thirds (64%) won’t take a job if a potential employer doesn’t have strong corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices, according to the 2016 Cone Communications Millennial Employee Engagement Study.

Welcome to our new Chairperson – Ronan Murphy

PwC: Winning the fight for female talent

To mark international’s Women’s Day, PwC published a report following a major international piece of research amongst nearly 4,000 professionals (women and men) in 70 countries including Ireland entitled “Winning the fight for female talent”. The report found that opportunities for career progression is among the top three most attractive employer traits for both women
